Alberta A. Lawyer

Alberta A. Lawyer, 90, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Saturday, March 31, 2018 at UPMC Pinnacle Hanover, PA.

Born January 6, 1928 in Elizabethtown, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Minerva (Ortman) Reaver.  Alberta was the loving wife of the late George L. Lawyer, who died May 26, 1994.    

Alberta was a homemaker and worked at Hanover Potato Products.  She enjoyed reading, crocheting and loved spending time with her family and pets. 

Alberta is survived by her children, Gary L. Lawyer, George E. Lawyer, Sandra A. Dell, Diane K. Miller and Yvonne L. Miller, all of Hanover, PA; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; a brother, Earl Grim of Spring Grove, PA; and a sister, Norma Meckley of Glenville, PA.  She was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Miller; and a brother, Philip Grim.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
