Constance D. Fuhrman, 83, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s Eternal Care, Friday, January 19, 2018 at home with her loving family by her side. 

Born September 8, 1934, in Hanover, PA she was the daughter of the late Elwood and Lillian (Trump) Rohrbaugh.  She was the loving wife of Robert L. Fuhrman with whom she shared over sixty-three years of marriage.

Constance was a member of the former Lohr’s United Methodist Church, now First United Methodist Church-Middle Street Campus, Hanover, PA.   She was a member of the United Methodist Women and a past member of the Lohr’s Kitchen Committee. 

Constance was a 1952 graduate of Eichelberger High School, Hanover, PA.  She worked for Hanover Shoe for two years and retired from Revonah Pretzel with fifteen years of service. 

Constance loved her family and enjoyed having her grandchildren and great grandchildren in her home.

In addition to her loving husband, Robert, Constance is survived by her children, Jeffrey S. Fuhrman and wife Bonnie of Thomasville, PA and Lori L. Fuhrman of Gettysburg, PA; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Carrie, Michael and Matthew; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Phyllis Cline and husband Jim.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Rohrbaugh and Larry Rohrbaugh.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Constance’s life will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at First United Methodist Church-Middle Street Campus, 200 East Middle Street, Hanover, PA, with Rev. Gregory A. Rapp officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.  Viewings and times to share memories with the family will be held from 6:00-8:00PM, Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, and from 10:00-11:00AM, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Constance’s memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Honor of her Great-Grandson, Marcellus Shetter, 600 Corporate Circle, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
