Dale Robert Grove, 60, of Thomasville, PA, entered God’s Eternal care, Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Hanover Hospital.

Born June 23, 1956 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Ebersole) Grove, and the step son of Rhoda Grove of Hanover, PA.  He was the loving husband of Linda Sue (Hertzler) Grove with whom he shared thirty-nine years of marriage.

Dale was a member of Hershey’s Mennonite Church, Dover, PA.  He was a life-long farmer.  

In addition to his loving wife Linda, Dale is survived by his children, Donna E. Fourhman and husband, Lyle of Hanover, PA, Dalen W. Grove and wife, Merletta of Abbottstown, PA, Darla Kay Grove of Thomasville, PA, and Darren K. Grove of Thomasville, PA; three grandchildren, Kierra, Braeden and Kennedi Grove; three brothers, Dennis Grove of Salisbury, MD, Lowell Grove of Hanover PA and Everett Grove of Hanover, PA; three sisters, Sandra Hess of Andover, NY, Shirley Grove of Hanover, PA and LaVonne Forry of Athens, TN.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene B. Grove. 

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Bair’s Mennonite Meeting House, York Road, Hanover, PA.  Viewings will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM and from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the church.  Burial will be in York Road Cemetery.
