Erich E. Proepper, 83, of Glenville, PA, entered peacefully into God’s eternal care, Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at his home with his loving family by his side.  

Born June 24, 1934 in Mulheim/Ruhr Germany. Erich was the loving husband of Ursula (Feddern) Proepper with whom he shared 44 years of marriage.  

Mr. Proepper attended Lazarus United Church of Christ, Lineboro, MD.

Erich received his degree in Automotive Engineering Design.  He was the owner/operator of European Performance Center in Westminster, MD for 21 years until his retirement in 2001.

Mr. Proepper loved working on cars, farming, hunting, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife Ursula, Erich is survived by six children, Lothar Proepper, Claudia Gerhardt, Martin Proepper, Monika Proepper, Erika Verma and Andy Proepper, 16 grandchildren including Nico, Diya, Jonah, Mason, Kinsley, Payton, Reese, Sara, Ava, Matthew, Kristel, Danielle, Mathew, Jessica, Yvonne, Christian and 11 great grandchildren.

Services for Erich will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Lazarus United Church of Christ, Lineboro, MD.
