Grace P. Brady, 89, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s Eternal Care Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the Brethren Home. 

Born March 17, 1927 in Hanover, PA she was the daughter of the late Raymond C. and Lydia M. (Dell) Amspacher.  She was the loving wife of the late Edward L. Brady who died October 30, 1999, and with whom she shared fifty-one years of marriage with.

Grace was a 1945 graduate of the Eichelberger High School, Hanover, PA.

Grace was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hanover, PA.  She was a member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the Hanover Knights of Columbus and the A.A.R.P.

Grace was employed as a sales-associate with J. C. Penney Co. for over thirty years until her retirement in March of 1989. 

Grace enjoyed reading, watching Jeopardy, playing bingo, and going to Williamsburg, VA.

Grace is survived by two sons, Michael F. Brady and wife, Janice of McSherrystown, PA and Thomas E. Brady and wife, Nancy of Hanover, PA; granddaughter, Vanessa Brady of Hanover, PA; step-grandchild, Kelly Felix and husband Wayne of New Oxford, PA; a step-great-grandchild, Camden Felix of New Oxford, PA, and a sister-in-law, Susan Amspacher.   She was preceded in death by one brother, Lewis Amspacher.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, January 16, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5125 Grandview Road, Hanover, PA with Father Ryan M. Fischer as Celebrant.  A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Monday, January 16, 2017 at the church.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
