Janet Kathleen “Kathy” Little, 68, of Hanover, PA entered God’s Care, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Hanover Hall Nursing Center.

Born August 5, 1947 in Johnstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur R. and Nora M. (Adams) Mackell. 

Kathy was a 1965 graduate of Johnstown Central High School, attended Cambria Rowe Business College and graduated from Johnstown Nursing College in 1978 as a certified Licensed Practical Nurse.

Kathy worked for Hospice and as a private duty Nurse for over 30 years.  She worked at Harley Davidson as a plant nurse as well.  In 1999 Kathy was awarded the degree of Doctor of Sacred Theology from the Progressive Universal Life Church and was a Pastor in Good Standing.

Kathy volunteered as the main organizer of S.O.S. (Support Our Soldiers) in Hanover during the 1991 Desert Storm.

Kathy is survived by two sons, Warren Scott DeLong and wife Gabriella in Butzbach, Germany, and David Nathan DeLong of New Oxford, PA, five grandchildren, Darren & Shannon in Germany and Ashley, Sydney, & Carter in Hanover, two brothers, Lloyd & Ronald Mackell of Johnstown, PA, as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Rader. 

Funeral services to celebrate and remember Kathy’s life will be private and at the convenience of the family.
