Linda Sue Myers, 69, of Hanover, PA, entered into God’s eternal care, Friday, June 23, 2017 at Transitions Nursing Center, Gettysburg, PA.

Born June 27, 1947 in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lester C. and Katherine S. (Williams) Myers  

Linda was a 1965 graduate of South Western High School.  She graduated from Catawba College and received her Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland.

Linda worked as a social worker for the State of Maryland in the Child and youth services division until her retirement.

Linda is survived by two brothers, Steven B. Myers and wife Sandy of Hanover, PA and Scott A. Myers of Gettysburg, PA; nephew,  Bruce J. Myers and wife Bryn; and great niece Brook.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore Street, Hanover, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Linda’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
