Loretta Mae Forry

Loretta Mae Forry, 80, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the SpiriTrust Lutheran Home at Utz Terrace with her loving family by her side. 

Loretta was born in Brodbecks, PA, on August 19, 1937 and was the daughter of the late Wilbur R. and Amy C. (Braun) Bosley.   She was the loving wife of the late Richard R. Forry with whom she shared 61 years of marriage until his passing on October 11, 2015

Loretta was a receptionist for Dr. C. Robert Martin, DDS and worked for Hanover House for over thirty-two years until her retirement.

Mrs. Forry was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA., where she served on many different committees over the years.

Loretta enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Loretta is survived by her children, Michael R. Forry and wife Amanda of Spring Grove, PA, Alan M. Forry and wife Carolyn of Abbottstown, PA, and Donna K. Lehman of Spring Grove, PA; six grandchildren, Stephanie Lehman - Linebaugh, Matthew Forry, Alicia Yohe, Jordan Forry, Courtney Forry, Josiah Forry; three great-grandchildren, Luke Forry, Logan Forry, and Rebecca Moyer; four brothers, Kenneth Bosley and Gordon Bosley both of Hanover, PA, Wilbur Bosley,  of Spring Grove, PA and Glenn Bosley of Germany; and a sister, Carol J. Fair of Frederick, DE.  She was preceded in death by one sister, Mildred C. Pittinger and one son-in-law, Robert Lehman.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Loretta will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 127 York Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. E. Robert Burkhart officiating. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00AM, Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the church. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover, PA.
