Angelia Frances (Wellborn) Osterman, 50, of Fairfield, PA, found peace through God’s eternal care, Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at the Gettysburg Hospital with her loving family by her side. 

Born December 15, 1966 in Richmond, VA, she was the daughter of Billy D. Wellborn, Sr. and Sarah E. Brewton.  She was the wife of William L. Osterman, Jr.

Angelia graduated from the University of West Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration.  She worked as a business manager for many years.

Angelia loved animals, plants, art, music and playing pool.

In addition to her loving parents, Angelia is survived by two brothers, Billy D. Wellborn, Jr. of Gettysburg, PA and Jeffery A. Wellborn of Shippensburg, PA; and her pets, Maggie, Pearl and Elsa.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas E. Wellborn.

Following cremation, services will be held at a later date.
