Gregory Glenn Bair

Gregory Glenn Bair, 62, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Thursday, March 8, 2018 at home with his loving family by his side.   Greg was the loving husband of Jacquelyn M. "Hunbun" (Riley) Bair with whom he shared twenty-two years of marriage.

Born August 2, 1955, at the U.S. Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA, he was the son of Catherine R. Bair and the late Glenn E. Bair.  

Greg was a 1975 graduate of York Vo-Tech.  He retired in 2010 from the Hanover Bowling Center, where he worked as a Manager and Mechanic for over thirty-five years.

Greg was a former member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Aerie #1406 and AMVETS Post #22, both of Hanover, PA, and the Littlestown VFW - Post #6954.  He was a loyal fan of the Washington Redskins, an avid bowler, and loved his Corvette.

In addition to his loving wife, Jacquelyn, Greg is survived by his children, Sarah A. Geiman and husband Nick of Hanover, PA; step-children, Scott D. Sanders and wife Jenn of Hanover, PA, Diane C. Beard and husband Jason of Littlestown, PA and Julie M. Miller and Don Bechtel of Hanover, PA; two grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; his twin-brother, Michael E. Bair and wife Mary of Hanover, PA; and nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Steven A. Bair.

A funeral service to share memories and celebrate Greg’s life will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA.  A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
