Harry F. Johnson, 74, passed away peacefully at his home in Hanover, PA. He was the son of Betty Jane Kosh and Fred Johnson, of Mechanicsburg, PA. He was a member of Providence Community Church. Harry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed but not forgotten. He was a passionate educator, coach and outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, golf and tennis. He was also a decorated athlete in high school and college, whose accomplishments were recognized by his induction into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2016. Harry loved a party and lit up a room wherever he went, with a joke, a smile or his moves on the dance floor.
He is survived by his wife, Anell, and her two sons, Nathan (Adrienne) and Phillip (Carrie), his three daughters Seanne (Robert), Kerre (Chris), Jara (Stephen) and his thirteen grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 17th at 11:00am at Providence on the Hill, located at 6146 York Rd, Spring Grove, PA 17362.
