Mabel A. Moul

Mabel A. Moul, 92, of Hanover, PA, entered into God’s eternal care, Friday, February 8 2019 at the Homewood at Plum Creek Nursing Center.

Born December 4th, 1926 in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Oscar E. and Mabel A. (Little) Moul.

Mabel was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA. 

Mabel worked at the former Hanover House and as a sales clerk at the former Nichols Department Store.     

Mabel enjoyed reading, going to lunch at Perkins, enjoyed visiting with friends, and was devoted to her brother Nevin with whom she lived her whole life until his passing.

Mabel is survived by one brother, Roger N. Moul of Hanover, PA, as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by his siblings, Harold E. Moul, George W. Moul, R. Malcolm Moul, Phillip W. Moul, O. Earl Moul, Eldon R. Moul, John R. Moul, Nevin E. Moul, Lera L. Thoman, Mildred E. Trump, Mary C. Rinehart, Ethel L. Miller, Jessie A. Kuhn, Beatrice E. Rohrbaugh, Helen S. Moul, Florence E. Moul, and Grace N. Moul.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Mabel’s Life will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 127 York Street, Hanover, PA, with Rev.  E. Robert Burkhart officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.  A visitation will be held from 10 – 11 AM, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the church.
