Mae Sharon Marcell, 76, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Sunday, September 10, 2017 at home with her loving family by her side. 

Born April 16, 1941 in Flint, MI she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Monique Stewart.  She was the loving wife of the late Louis G. Marcell who died July 2, 2014.

Mae was a member of Harvest Time Temple, Hanover, PA.

Mae enjoyed being a homemaker, doing home improvements and remodeling her home, and spending time with her family. 

Mae is survived by her two sons, Michael K. Marcell and wife Joyce of Hanover PA, and Anthony B. Marcell and Linda Osborne of Parkton, MD; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Wayne Stewart and Jerry Stewart; and one sister, Dorothy Stewart.  She was preceded in death by one grandson, Michael A. Marcell.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Mae’s life will be held 7:30 PM, Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the Harvest Time Temple, 700 Black Rock Road, Hanover, PA, with Pastor Fred Mummert officiating.  A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6:00-7:30 PM, Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mae’s memory to the American Cancer Society – York/Adams, Attn: Memorial, 924 N Colonial Avenue, York, PA 17403.
