Marlin E. Garman

Marlin E. Garman, 62, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at UPMC Hanover Hospital, Hanover, PA.   

Born December 9, 1956 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Robert D. and Edna Mae (Currens) Garman.  Marlin was the loving husband of Holly A. (Breighner) Garman with whom he shared twenty-three years of marriage on September 9th.  

Marlin worked as a painter for Penn-Mar Castings, Inc., Hanover, PA.  He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family.

In addition to his loving wife, Holly, Marlin is survived by two sons, Jonathan R. and Jacob Garman both at home; four brothers, Donald E. Garman of McSherrystown, Robert I. Garman, Gary L. Garman and David A. Garman all of Hanover, PA; and one sister, Mary J. Garman of Hanover, PA.  He was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin A. Garman.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
