Mildred A. Frey

Mildred A. Frey, 86, of Spring Grove, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at her daughter’s home with her loving family by her side. 

Born July 31, 1931 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel H. and Susan (Kuhns) Ebersole.  She was the loving wife of the late Rodger A. Frey who died March 18, 2016 and with whom she shared sixty-six years of marriage.

Mildred was a member of Bair’s-Hostetters Mennonite Church, Hanover, PA. 

Mildred is survived by her daughters, Jean Miller and husband Paul of Spring Grove, PA, Joyce Martin and husband Allen of Shippensburg, PA, Joan Hofer and husband Samuel of Sebree, KY, and Jerlene Miller and husband Verlon of Athens, TN; twenty-eight grandchildren, seventy -one great-grandchildren; one son-in-law Luke Wadel; one brother, Merle Ebersole, and one sister, Lois Bair.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith A. Wadel, one grandchild, five brothers, and four sisters. 

A funeral service will be held 10:00AM, Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Bair’s Mennonite Church, 6925 York Road, Hanover, PA.  Visitations and time to share memories with the family will be held from 2 – 4 PM and 6-8 PM, Friday, June 22, 2018 and from 9-10 AM, Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Bair’s Mennonite Church.  Burial will be in York Road Cemetery.
