Andrew J. Topper

Born June 18th, 1940, Andrew J. Topper of McSherrystown, PA, died at home May 11th, 2025. He was the husband of Ann (Neiderer) Topper, son of the late Paul and Catherine (McDermott) Topper. He is survived by his wife Ann, son Stephen Topper and daughter-in-law Stacey, their three children, McKenna, Ryan, and Molly, and by daughter Kimberly (Topper) Renner and son-in-law Michael, siblings Dennis, Spencer, Carolyn, Stella, Dave, Wayne, Tom, & Cindy. He was pre-deceased by his parents, and siblings Paul, Patsy, Sylvia, and Dale. Andy was an avid golfer. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a radio operator from January 1962 through January 1968, with tours in Spain, Libya, and the Philippines. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Annunciation BVM Catholic church and school. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 13th at 10am at Annunciation BVM in McSherrystown. Christian burial will follow at the Annunciation Cemetery, with the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard providing Military Honors.  Memories and condolences may be shared at www.kenworthyfh.com
