Anthony Peter Diljonas

Anthony Peter Diljonas, 94, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at home with his loving family by his side.  

Born June 24, 1925 in Alytus, Lithuania, he was the son of the late Jokimas and Emilija Diljonas.  Anthony was the loving husband of the late Katherine Vitalija (Kuciauskas) Diljonas with whom he shared sixty-nine years of marriage until her passing on May 6, 2019.

Anthony was a member of St. Alphonsus Church, Baltimore, MD.  He attended John Hopkins University and worked as a chemist for different paint manufactures until his retirement.

Devoted father of Regina Diljonas and partner Chuck Drury of West Chester, PA, Laima Fiterman and husband Alan Fiterman of Crownsville, MD, Dana Snively and husband Jay Snively of Hanover, PA, and Andrew Diljonas of Red Lion, PA.

Loving grandfather of Vicki Kemezys, Deanna Tobin, Eric Fiterman, Elizabeth Snively, and Anthony Snively, and great grandfather of four.

Anthony is also survived by a sister in Lithuania and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Loudon Park Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
