Barbara G. Carr

Barbara G. Carr, 84, of Bonneauville, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Thursday, June 25, 2020 at home with her loving family by her side.

Born March 16, 1936 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late George and Barbara (Lawless) Govatos. Barbara was the loving wife of Daniel J. Carr with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

Barbara was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Bonneauville, PA. She was an avid quilter and enjoyed cooking and baking and being with her family.

In addition to her husband Daniel, Barbara is survived by four children, Suzanne Carr of Bath, ME, Caroline Williams of Potomac Falls, VA, Stephen J. Carr of Walnutport, PA, and Christopher Carr of Berlin, MD; and one grandchild, Asher Loeb Carr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Joseph the Worker Church Cemetery, Bonneauville, PA.
