Beverly E. Morningstar

Beverly E. Morningstar, 84, of Hanover, PA entered God’s eternal care on Monday, March 9, 2026, at the Hanover Hall Nursing Home.

Born August 10, 1941, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Eugene A. and Mary M. (Powell) Kuhn.  Beverly was the loving wife of the late George M. Morningstar with whom she shared 60 years of marriage until his passing on July 25, 2019. 

Beverly was a member of St. Bartholomew’s United Church, Hanover, PA.

Beverly retired from Snyder’s of Hanover in 2003 with over 30 years of service. 

Beverly loved going to the cabin at Raystown Lake with her husband George, feeding and watching birds and wildlife, going to auctions (especially Norm’s), and spending time with her family and friends.  

Beverly is survived by her sons, Donald A. Morningstar, and Martin A. Morningstar and wife Belinda L. all of Hanover, PA; 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Jessica, and Crystal Morningstar, and Lacey Weaver; 7 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Wayne Kuhn of Westminster, MD, Chichi Klinedinst of Spring Grove, PA, Eugene Kuhn and wife Sandy of Spring Grove, PA, and Dawn Miller of McSherrystown, PA.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry L. Morningstar Kirby; and her sister Sheena Kuhn.     

Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
