Bobby J. Heath

Bobby J. Heath, 88, of Hanover, PA, entered God's eternal care Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Hanover Hall Nursing Center, Hanover, PA. 

Born May 22, 1937, in Glade Springs, VA, he was the son of the late Worley and Lena (Thomas) Heath.  He was the loving husband of the late Viola (Wyatt) Heath, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage until her passing on June 4, 2001. 

Bobby retired from Columbia Forest Products, New Freedom, PA, with over 40 years of service.

Bobby enjoyed camping, fishing, and going to yard sales.

Bobby is survived by two children, Donald W. Heath and wife Carol of Englewood, FL, and Wanda S. Mays and husband Jeff of Hanover, PA; three grandchildren, D. Joey Heath, Travis Mays, and Jared Mays; nine great-grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and one sister, Juanita Keener.  He was preceded in death by his five siblings, David Heath, Billy Heath, Jimmy Heath, R.T. Heath, and Agnes Pruitt. 

A service to celebrate and remember Bobby will be held at 11AM, Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Brandon Boyd officiating.  Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover, PA.  A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10-11AM, Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the funeral home.
