Carroll E. “CR” Rebert, 75, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care on Monday, August 21, 2023, at UPMC York Memorial Hospital.
Born September 1, 1947, in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late George and Mary (Baumgardner) Rebert. Carroll was the loving husband of Delphine E. (Menchey) Rebert with whom he would have shared 57 years of marriage on September 23rd.
Carroll was a 1965 graduate of Hanover High School, Hanover, PA. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving his country proudly as a Sergeant during the Vietnam War.
Carroll was the owner of the Terminal Cigar Store for over twenty years until his retirement.
In addition to his loving wife, Delphine, Carroll is survived by two sons, Treber Rebert and wife Julia of Tucson, AZ, and Troy Rebert of Knoxville, TN; three grandchildren, Zachary Rebert, Colton Rebert, and Isabel Rebert, all of Tucson, AZ; and six siblings, Gary Rebert, Ralph Rebert, and Betty Slagle, all of Hanover, PA, Richard Rebert of Dallastown, PA, Marian Rider of McSherrystown, PA, and Pat Duncan of York New Salem, PA. He was preceded in death by six siblings, George Rebert, Cletus Rebert, Donald Rebert, Harold Rebert, Doris Steich, and Gerry Walker.
Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
