Craig Bair Rineman, 68, of Mechanicsburg, PA, entered God’s eternal care Monday, September 11, 2023, at UPMC West Shore.
Born November 15, 1954, in Hanover, PA, Craig was the son of the late Jacob Lawrence and the late Kathryn Bair. He was the husband of Ellen J. (Redding) Rineman.
Craig graduated from Hanover High School class of 1972. Craig went on to attend Gettysburg College and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1976. He worked as a printing manager for many years until his retirement. Over the years he served the YGS Group - York Graphic Services, the Sheridan Press in Hanover, PA and worked as a consultant for several years into his retirement.
Craig was an outdoorsman and sportsman, an avid fisherman and hunter. He was also a cellist and played in the Hanover Symphony. Craig was a very passionate advocate and coach for women’s softball. He was the softball coach at Hanover High School, and then assistant coach for years. He enjoyed spending his free time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Ellen, Craig is survived by his two children, Brittany E. Wasser & husband Jeremy of Chesterfield, VA, and Kristy L. Reitz & husband Matt of Naperville, IL, and three grandchildren, Axel, Canon, and Maeva. Craig also leaves behind his siblings, Elaine Miller, Larry Rineman, Steve Rineman, Carla Fisher, and Eric Rineman.

Following cremation, a celebration of Craig’s life will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 4 to 6 PM, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 19 McKinley Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331.
