Debra K. Kelly

Debra K. Kelly, 73 of Gettysburg, PA, entered into God’s eternal care on Friday, March 27, 2026, at her home.

Born February 2, 1953, in Fairfield, PA she was the daughter of the late Dale Sites and Marty E. Cease Tipton.

Debra was a graduate of Fairfield High School, Fairfield, PA.  She worked as a waitress for many years at Friendly’s and then Bay City Restaurant.

Debra is survived by her children, Tasha L. Smith and Jonathan W. Wolfe, five grandchildren, and her siblings, Candy Walters, Dale Sites, Edward Sites, Tammy Swisher, and Cathy Silvestro.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
