Edith Toner

Edith (Tomlin) Toner, 94, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2020 at The Village at Utz Terrace in Hanover, PA.

Edith was born in Ocean City, NJ to Louisa and Walter Tomlin the youngest of seven children. She grew up in Ocean City and graduated from Ocean City High School.  In April 1944 she married Thomas Joseph Toner and they lived in Little Falls, NJ.  She was predeceased by her husband who passed away in 1992.

Edith is survived by her sons, Thomas J. Toner, Jr. MD and his wife Maralin of Hanover, PA and Glenn Toner, DDS and his wife Diane of Palm City, FL.  She also leaves five grandchildren, Ian (Rebecca) Toner of Philadelphia, PA; Abbie (Tommy Jones) Toner of Richmond, VA; David (Anne) Toner of Bronx, NY; Ryan Toner of Bridgewater, NJ; and Tara Toner of Los Angeles, CA.  In addition, she is survived by four great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
