Edward J. Kuhn

Edward J. Kuhn, 77, of Gettysburg, PA, entered God’s eternal care Sunday, June 7, 2026, at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital, with his loving family by his side.

Born October 13, 1948, in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Edward S. and Margaret R. (Wagner) Kuhn.  Edward was the loving husband of Susan M. (Sentz) Kuhn with whom he shared 45 years of marriage. 

Edward was a member of New Hope Faith Community Church, Hanover, PA.

Edward was a 1969 graduate of South Western High School.  He was a pharmacy technician with Choice Critical Care for 12 years. 

Edward enjoyed china painting and spending time with friends and family. 

In addition to his wife Susan, Edward is survived by two sons, Brian M. Kuhn and wife Missy, and Christopher E. Kuhn and fiancée Cristal Cain; 10 grandchildren, Bryanna, Bailey, Bianca, Ethan, Evan, Erik, Corinna, Carissa, Chasity, and Trenton; and 2 great-grandchildren, Rosie and Lily.

A funeral to celebrate and remember Edward will be held 11AM, Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at New Hope Faith Community Church, 33 Sunday Drive, Hanover, PA, with his pastor the Rev. Nathanial Hedin-Schmidt officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.  Visitations and times to share memories with the family will be held from 6-8PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, and from 10-11AM, Wednesday June 17, 2026, at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made in Edward’s name to New Hope Faith Community Church 33 Sunday Drive, Hanover, PA 17331.
