Eleanor L. Thompson

Eleanor L. Thompson, 95, of New Oxford, PA, entered God’s eternal care Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at The Brethren Home.

Born August 14, 1929, in New Haven, CT, she was the daughter of the late Bernard D. and Catherine H. (Czatha) Drago.  Eleanor was the loving wife of the late John F. “Jack” Thompson, III, who passed away October 29, 2013.

Eleanor was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA.

Eleanor loved tending to her flowers and shrubbery beds.

A visitation will be held from 2-3 PM, Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA.  Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield, MA.
