Faye Aumen Swayze, 83, of Hanover, PA, entered God's eternal care, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the Hanover Hall Nursing Home, Hanover, PA.
Born April 25, 1937, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Thelma (Sterner) Mummert.
Faye was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA.
Faye attended Eichelberger High School, Hanover, PA. She worked as a department head, for both the Bon-Ton, and then Walmart, where she retired from.
Faye was a member of the Hanover Elks BPOE #763. She loved gardening, reading, sewing, knitting, spending time with her friends at the Elks, and especially spending time with her family.
Faye is survived by her children, Denise M. Graham and husband Dane of Hanover, PA, Karen Aumen Merrell and husband Bob of Baltimore, MD, and Kim Aumen of Timonium, MD; four grandchildren, Tyler Graham and wife Kristin, Natalie and Lauren Borelli, and Ian Merrell. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Aumen.
Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Christ Church Cemetery, Littlestown, PA.
