Faye L. Myers

Faye L. Myers, 72, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Monday, March 10, 2025, at home with her loving family by her side.

Born October 12, 1952, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Donald L. and Henrietta  (Sipling) Stahl.  Faye was the loving wife of Earl J. Myers with whom she shared 51 ½ years of marriage.

Faye was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, Hanover, PA. 

Faye was a 1970 graduate of Hanover High School, Hanover, PA.  She retired from Doubleday Book Publishing in 2018 with 47 years of service.

Faye loved animals, especially dogs.  She loved life, supported her children, and dedicated her life to her family.

In addition to her loving husband Earl, Faye is survived by two children, Scott A. Myers and wife Jessica D. of Spring Grove, PA, and Lisa M. Royer and husband Greg D. of Wrightsville, PA; one grandson, Gage Royer; a brother, Dean Stahl of Hanover, PA; and her adoring beagle, “Daisy”.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Lynn Stahl

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Faye will be held 11:00AM, Friday, March 14, 2025, at St. David’s United Church of Christ, 142 Hobart Road, Hanover, PA, with Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating.  Burial will be in St. David’s Church Cemetery, Hanover, PA.  A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00AM, Friday, March 14, 2025, at the church.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Faye’s memory to the Adams County S.P.C.A., 11 Goldenville Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
