Gary L. Musselman

Gary L. Musselman, 80, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Saturday, June 1, 2024, at home with his loving family by his side. 

Born January 8, 1944, in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late Nevin B., Sr. and Thelma R. (Weaver) Musselman.  Gary was the loving husband of the late Leona M. (Leppo) Musselman with whom he shared fifty-eight years of marriage until her passing on August 24, 2022.     

Gary was a 1962 graduate of Hanover High School.  He worked as route salesman for Utz Quality Foods for over thirty-five years until his retirement.

Gary was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Hanover, PA, and attended St. Joseph Catholic Church with his wife.   He was a member of The Hanover Home Association as well as the McSherrystown Home Association.

Gary was an avid Fisherman and a huge Notre Dame Football fan.   He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Gary is survived by two sons, Todd A. Musselman and Tim A. Musselman, both of Hanover, PA; two grandchildren, Abigail L. Musselman and Skylen Musselman; and one great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Nevin B. “Muss” Musselman, Jr.

A memorial service to celebrate and remember Gary will be held 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., with Deacon Tom Aumen officiating.  A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6:00-7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the funeral home.    Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
