Gerald A. Warren

Gerald A. Warren, 90, of New Oxford, PA, formerly of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at the Brethren Home, New Oxford, PA.

Born May 1, 1934, in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Roy N. and Ethel M. (Krietz) Warren. Gerald was the loving husband of the late Kathryn M. (Wintrode) Warren with whom he shared 57 years of marriage until her passing on April 15, 2011.

Gerald was a graduate of Eichelberger High School, and retired from C.W. Test Builders, Hanover, PA, with forty-two years of service.

Gerald was a member of the Republican Club, the Coast Guard Auxiliary, the Hanover Pacers Square Dancers Club, and the Keystone Free Staters Square Dance Camping Club.

Gerald enjoyed reading, camping, woodworking, square dancing, cruising with his late wife, and spending time with his family.

Gerald is survived by his children, Darlene M. Martin and husband Michael of Virginia Beach, VA, Gerald E. Warren and wife Cindy of New Oxford, PA, Linda L. Robertson and husband Frank of Hanover, PA, and Wayne A. Warren and wife Betty of Biglerville, PA; five grandchildren, Jaime L. Robertson, Tyler W. Robertson, Amanda M. Delphia, Laurel K. Malloy, and Jennifer Sauble; four great-grandchildren, Evelyn K. Robertson, John C. Delphia, Charlotte M. Delphia, and Christopher Sauble. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher W. Martin, and a brother, Edward Warren.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held November 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Harmony Ridge at Cross Keys Village in the Gathering Room.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Brethren Home Foundation, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford, PA 17350, marked for the Benevolent Fund, would be greatly appreciated.
