Gloria J. Blettner

Gloria J. Blettner, 97, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Friday, May 2, 2025, at Homewood of Plum Creek.  She was the widow of Paul E. Blettner, Jr., who died in 1994

Mrs. Blettner was born in Hanover, the daughter of George & Ruth M. Coombs Boyer.

She was employed by the L. E. Beaudin Shoe Co. for 15 years and the J. H. Schuler Co. as secretary to both Jack H. Schuler, Sr., & John H. Schuler, II for 29 years.

She was a graduate of Eichelberger Sr. H.S., class of 1945.

Mrs. Blettner is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Boyer, and a brother, Robert H. Boyer.

Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity or the ALS center, Philadelphia, PA.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
