Jamie M. Watson

Jamie M. Watson, 54, of Gettysburg, PA, entered into God’s eternal care on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 17, 1970, in Uniontown, PA, she was the daughter of James R. and Wanda J. (Lint) Orr.  Jamie was the loving wife of James N. “Nate” Watson with whom she shared 33 years of marriage.

Jamie was a 1989 graduate of Connellsville High School and attended California University of Pennsylvania. 

Jamie was a member of Dominion Life Gettysburg Church, where she was involved in the Audio and Visual Team, was a Life Team Leader, and member of the Street Ministry.

Jamie enjoyed spending time with her children, family, and friends.

In addition to her husband Nate, Jamie is survived by her sons, Zachary N. Watson of Harrisburg, PA, Jonathan D. Watson of Lancaster, PA, and four sisters, Brenda Siple, Cheryl Leyda, Cindy Crytser, and Lisa Rankin.

A service to celebrate Jamie’s life will be held 11 AM, Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Kenworthy Funeraql Home & Crematory, Inc., 66 East Hanover Street, Gettysburg (Bonneauville), PA with her Pastor the Rev. Shane Smith officiating.  Visitations will be from 6-8 PM, Friday, February 28, 2025, at the Gettysburg Fire Hall, 35 N Stratton St, Gettysburg, PA, and from 10 – 11 AM, Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the funeral home.  Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
