Over the years, Joanne enjoyed ceramics, camping, traveling, and geocaching, which she did in 45 states.  She served alongside her husband as a Navy wife for two years and was proud of her two sons and two daughters-in-law for their service in the Air Force and Space Force.  From the Carolinas to California and New Mexico to Alaska, she traveled the country visiting their duty stations.

In addition to her loving husband, Barry, Joanne is survived by her children, Kevin J. Gulden and wife Cynthia of Hanover, PA, Ryan J. Gulden and wife Erin of El Segundo, CA; seven grandchildren, Ryan Burkes (Nina), Cody Burkes (Ashley), Randy Burkes (Megan), Zachary Gulden (Bethanie), Shelby Gulden (Dylan), Moira Gulden and Ainsley Gulden; along with eight great-grandchildren, Emma, Ellie, Delaney, Henley, Ben, Jack, Owen and Malley Burkes; and two brothers, Richard Rohrbaugh of York, PA and Robert Rohrbaugh of Hanover, PA.
