John Flickinger Obituary

John J. Flickinger, 67, of York, PA, entered God’s eternal care on Sunday December 19, 2021 at his home.

Born January 20, 1954 in Hanover, PA he was the son of the late Harry L. Sr. and Emily M. (Sisto) Flickinger.

John was a 1972 graduate of Hanover High School and attended West Virginia University.

John was a life member of the McSherrystown Fish and Game Protective Association and a member of the Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Association.

John is survived by siblings Joan Myers-Verdier of York, PA and Harry L. Flickinger, Jr. of Thomasville, PA; three nieces and nephews; and nine great-nieces and nephews.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
