Judith K. Leppo

Judith K. Leppo, 88, of Hanover, PA, entered into God’s eternal care on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at SpiriTrust at Utz Terrace Nursing Center.

Born August 5, 1936, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Marlene (Kline) Donsen.  Judith was the loving wife of Clyde W. Leppo with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

Judith was a 1955 graduate of Eichelberger High School.  She worked at G. C. Murphy’s, McCrory’s, Kleffel’s, J.C. Penny’s and retired from the Hanover Shoe Company.

Judith was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Hanover, PA

Judith enjoyed gardening, reading, watching westerns, and listening to music, especially Elvis.  She will always cherish her 86th birthday party and she overcame many heath related obstacles the last two years.

In addition to her husband Judith is survived by two daughters, Lori A. Langston of FT. Wayne, Indiana and Wendy S. Cover and husband Ricky of Hanover, PA, four grandchildren, Bryan Cover, Kristen Schroeder, Stacey Bagley, and David Bagley, two great grandchildren, Davey and Arden, two sisters, Deborah Noel and husband Allen, Dianne Dusman and husband Paul all of Hanover, PA, and a brother, C. Edwin Donsen of Hanover, PA., as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Judith’s life will be held  1:30 PM, Friday, December  27, 2024 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Kenneth Heasley officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.  A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, Friday, December 27, 2024, at the funeral home.
