Judy A. Markle

Judy A. Markle, 70, of Hanover, PA, entered God's eternal care Saturday, April 13, 2024, at UPMC Hanover Hospital.

Born November 7, 1953, in Hanover, PA, Judy was the daughter of the late Dean R. and Jeanne M. (Barnes) Markle.

Judy was a 1971 Hanover High School graduate.  She received a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education at Elizabethtown and Millersville.  Judy substituted many years and eventually became a math tutor at Rolling Acres.  Judy and her twin sister had a candy & craft stand at the Hanover Market.  One of her greatest joys was the Creative Learning program at the library. 

Judy is survived by her twin sister and best friend in the whole world, Jill Markle, of Hanover, PA, and will be greatly missed.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Judy’s name may be made to the Guthrie Memorial Library, 2 Library Place, Hanover, PA 17331.
