Kenneth B. Hyman, 75, of Bonneauville, PA, entered into God's care Friday, June 12, 2020 at his home with his loving family by his side.
Born September 25, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William H. and Elizabeth (Lawlor) Hyman. Ken was the loving husband of Katherine J. (Barrett) Hyman with whom he shared 50 years of marriage.
Mr. Hyman was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served his country proudly from 1965 to 1968. He was a well-respected patrolman in the Baltimore City Police Department for 30 years from 1969 until his retirement in 1999.
Ken was a member of Baltimore City Police Fraternal Order of Police, The Baltimore Retired Police Benevolent Association, and the American Legion.
In addition to his wife Katherine, Ken is survived by two children, Melissa M. Fowler and husband Keith of Washington, PA, and Kenneth D. Hyman and Fiancée Danica Yerdon of Manchester, MD; four grandchildren, Jordan E. Steratore and husband Andrew of Broomfield, CO, Alexis K. Fowler and significant other Dr. Evan Reinhart of Temple, TX, Chase S. Hyman of Gravois Mills, MO, and Trent M. Hyman of Gravois Mills, MO. He was preceded by one sister E. Patricia Blakeney and brother-in-law Harry Blakeney.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
