Kieran J. Chrismer, 65, of Bonneauville, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Friday, August 15, 2025, at his home.
Born January 12, 1960, in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Walter J. “Pete” Chrismer and Mary F. (Chrismer) Chrismer.
Kieran was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Bonneauville, PA.
Kieran was a proud veteran, and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army National Guard. He worked for Marada for many years until his retirement. He was a member of the Catholic War Veterans, the American Legion, and the McSherrystown Knights of Columbus.
Kieran enjoyed hunting, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Orioles sports fan. He loved his dogs, and spending time with his friends and family.
Kieran is survived by his son, Michael C. Chrismer of Littlestown, PA; three grandchildren, Aydin M. Chrismer, Zane M. Chrismer, and Bella M. Chrismer; and his siblings, Randall G. Chrismer and wife Katharine of Abbottstown, PA, Dana M. Chrismer and companion Dan Grove of Mt. Wolf, PA, Stacia L. Welty of Huntingdon, PA, and Corey J. Chrismer of Westminster, MD; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Nicholas F. Chrismer and Brian J. Chrismer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:00PM, Friday, August 22, 2025, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 12 East Hanover Street, Gettysburg (Bonneauville), PA, with Father Benny Jose as celebrant. Military Honors will be provided by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard Detail following the Mass. A visitation and time to share memories with family will be held from 6:00-8:00PM, Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 66 East Hanover Street, Gettysburg (Bonneauville), PA.
