Kylie McKenzie Addis, 23, of New Oxford, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Saturday, June 26, 2021.
Born January 7, 1998, in Greensburg, PA, she was the daughter of Karen A. Cook, and Thomas A. Addis, Jr. She was the stepdaughter of Melanie A. (Klinedinst) Addis.
In addition to her mother, father, and stepmother, Kylie is survived by three children, Zavaya Addis, Kahlia Addis, and Jeremiah Addis; and siblings, Elizabeth Addis and Melissa Addis, both of Hanover, PA, Tiffany Addis of Auburn, PA, Joseph Addis of McSherrystown, PA, Jessica Cook and Steven Cook, Jr., both of Tulsa, OK.
Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
