Matthew M. Pritchard

Matthew M. Pritchard, 48, of Hanover, PA entered God’s eternal care, Monday, May 17, 2021 at UPMC Hanover Hospital. 

Born June 4, 1972 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Christine E. (Fongheiser) Pritchard and the late John M. Pritchard.  Matthew was the loving husband of Kellie M. (Merryman) Pritchard with whom he shared 6 years of marriage.

Matthew loved watching football, especially the Baltimore Ravens, listening to music, watching movies, spending time with his dog, Boaz, and enjoying a home cooked meal with his family.

In addition to his loving wife, Kellie, Matthew is survived by three children, Jordan M. Pritchard, Noah C. Pritchard, and Brandon P. Pritchard all of Hanover PA; his grandmother, Mary Jo Fongheiser of Baltimore, MD; his aunts, Shirley M. Pritchard, Carol A. Gloria and Donna M. Fongheiser; his uncles, William S. Pritchard, David P. Fongheiser, Patrick A. Fongheiser, and Greg J. Fongheiser.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Brian C. Pritchard.   

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Hanover Community Church, 1959 Smith Station Road, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Matt Miller officiating.  Those attending are asked to wear their favorite Raven’s jersey or the color purple.  A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held 10:00-12:00 PM, Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the church.  Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover, PA.
