Nancy L. Swartzbaugh

Nancy L. Swartzbaugh, 95, of Hanover, PA entered into God’s eternal care on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at her home with her loving family by her side.

Born July 4, 1930, in Hanover, PA she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Myra (Resh) Kraft.  Nancy was the loving wife of the late Philip J. Swartzbaugh with whom she shared 61 years of marriage until his passing on November 30, 2011.

Nancy was a 1947 graduate of Eichelberger High School.  She enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles, doing cross stitching and knitting, as well as being an avid reader.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Wendy L. Argo and husband Henry of Palmetto, GA, one daughter-in-law, Annabelle Swartzbaugh of Hanover, PA, two grandsons, Jason Swartzbaugh and wife Terri, and Kerry Swartzbaugh and wife Amanda, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one son, Alan P. Swartzbaugh, one brother, Marvin Kraft, and one sister, Lois Kraft.

Following Cremation, a graveside service will be held at 1 PM, Friday, October 31, 2025, at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA, with Rev. Scott Sager officiating.
