Patsy L. Barnhart

Patsy L. Barnhart, 85, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Monday, April 17, 2023, at her home.

Born August 24, 1937, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Pearl E. (Bradenburg) Linder.

Patsy was a 1955 graduate of Eichelberger High School.  She worked at Leister Furniture, Hanover Hospital, Hanover Hall Nursing Center, and lastly at Hanover Maintenance. 

Patsy was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Hanover, PA,  a former leader for the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  She was the 1996 president of the former Hanover Jaycettes.

Patsy is survived by her children, Scott A. Barnhart of Hanover, PA, Leslie A. Baumgardner and Husband Joey of Hanover, PA, Joel O. Barnhart, and fiancée Kelly Bowers of Hanover, PA, and Toby M. Barnhart and wife Stacy of Fairfield, PA, four grandchildren, April L. Clouser, Blake A. Barnhart, Susan M. Barnhart, and Catherine A. Barnhart, two step grandchildren, Andrew M. Harlow, and Steven Slothour, and one great grandchild, Ryan L. Clouser.  She was preceded in death by two siblings, George H. Linder, and Linda L. Hockensmith.

Following cremation, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
