Phyllis Y. Terrana, 85, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at UPMC Hanover.
Born July 1, 1936, in East St. Louis, IL, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Sawicki) Terrana.
Phyllis was a graduate of Proviso High School and attended the University of Illinois. She worked as a corporate secretary and interpreter for the former Alloy Rods and E.S.A.B. for over 35 years.
Phyllis was a member of the Hanover Historical Society, the P. Buckley Moss Society, the Order of the Sons of Italy, the American Business Women’s Association, and the Hanover AMVETS Post 22.
Phyllis was an avid book reader and read at least three newspapers daily.
Phyllis is survived by two brothers, Terrance Terrana of Sanibel, Fl and Victor Terrana of Newberry, SC, as well as her dear friends, Fran Hutton of Hanover, and Sharon Narushoff of Hanover.
Following cremation, funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
