Randall White Obituary

Randall Glenn White, 80, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Saturday, February 3, 2024, at UPMC Hanover Hospital.

Born June 9, 1943, in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Ralph A. and Mildred M. (Culp) White.  Randall was the loving husband of the late Marjorie A. (Proctor) White with whom he shared 42 beautiful years of marriage, until her death March 23, 2017.

Randall was a 1962 graduate of Eichelberger High School, Hanover, PA.    He served his country proudly in the PA National Guard for seven years.

Randall retired after eighteen years in construction; working for Hoffheins brothers and being self-employed for eight years as well. He worked for Lowe’s of Hanover for eighteen years and then joined his wife in retirement.

Randall enjoyed woodworking, watching FOX news, and cooking and baking – especially pot pie and sugar cakes, and he loved spending time with his grandkids. He was a dog lover as well.

Randall is survived by his daughter, Miranda (White) Davis and her husband Bruce Davis II of Hanover, PA; two step sons, Smoke Fisher and his wife Sharon of Hanover, PA, and Scott Fisher of McSherrystown, PA; six grandchildren, Avery Davis, Cooper Davis, Jesse Fisher, Josh Fisher, Seth Fisher, and Dustin Fisher; and nine great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Kuhn and Larry White.

Following cremation, a memorial service to celebrate and remember Randall will be held 11AM, Monday, February 26, 2024, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Scott A. Sager officiating.  Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.  A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10-11AM, Monday, February 26, 2024, at the funeral home.
