Sally Ann Cornbower

Sally Ann Cornbower, 73, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at home with her loving family by her side.

Born December 10, 1947, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Francis “Bud” L. and Mildred “Millie” E. (Rohrbaugh) Shrader. Sally was the loving wife of Ronald P. Cornbower with whom she shared forty-four years of marriage on August 6th.

Sally was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hanover, PA. She retired as a packer at the former Hanover Direct.

Sally loved doing crafts, cooking, and baking – especially at Christmas.

In addition to her loving husband, Ronald, who was her care giver for the last 17 years, Sally is survived by her daughter, Selene Minsinger and her husband Jake of Hanover, PA; and a brother, Francis “Frank” Shrader and his wife Linda of New Oxford, PA. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Cornbower, a brother, Patrick Henry Shrader, and a nephew, Frank Joseph Shrader.

A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 4:00-6:00 PM, Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
