Sara I. Miller

Sara I. Miller, 91, of Dover, PA and formerly of Abbottstown, PA, entered God's eternal care Monday, April 5, 2021 at the York Hospital.

Born May 19, 1929 in Creekside, PA, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Grace E. (Ore) Anderson. Sara was the loving wife of the late Milo C. Miller with whom she shared 65 years of marriage until his passing on April 8, 2014.

Sara was a member of Harmony Grove Community Church, Dover, PA.

Sara is survived by a son, Dale E. Miller of Baltimore, MD, her daughters, Katherine L. Nova of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Sandra K. Neff of Ridge, NY, six grandchildren, Josette Pierini, Melissa McElroy, Robert Neff, Jr., Christopher Neff, Sara Dearden, Cecilia Volcker, eleven great-grandchildren, sisters Eleanor Sowers and Ruth Harmon and brother John Anderson.

A graveside service to celebrate and remember Sara's life will be held 12:15 PM, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Pinelawn Cemetery, 2030 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY, with Pastor Brook Taylor will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sara’s name to National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
