Shelley L. Peters

Shelley Lynne Peters, 56, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care Sunday, June 27, 2021, at the Hershey Medical Center with her loving family by her side.

Born March 17, 1965, in Shrewsbury, PA, she was the loving daughter of Kathryn May (Wildasin) Murrow and the late Floyd  Maxton Murrow.  She was the loving wife of Bernd Robert Peters with whom she would have celebrated 30 years of marriage on July 6, 2021.

Shelley was a 1983 graduate of Susquehannock High School, Glen Rock, PA.

Shelley loved spending time with her family, playing with her grandchildren, and going to the beach.

In addition to her loving husband Robb, she is survived by four daughters, Amber N. Thomas, Alexa R. Peters, Abby M. Furst, and Alana G. Peters; twelve grandchildren, Tyler, Sofia, Alaric, Shane, Micheal, Mason, Camden, Rylan, Kade, Gunner, Lincoln, and William.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Shari L. Smoot.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 5:00 PM, Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the VFW, 19 McKinley Avenue, Hanover, PA.
