Sueann Weaver

Sueann “Sue” Weaver, 72, Bonneauville, PA passed peacefully in her home on Monday, October 23, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born June 15, 1951 in Johnstown, PA, daughter of Richard C. Sefick, Sr., and Mary Buzzard. Preceded in death by her father, mother, sister Andrea Sefick Doucette, and stepfather and stepmother. Survived by loving husband, Fran Weaver, Bonneauville; children, Susan married to Richard Berzonski of Glenville; Marey Weaver of Bonneauville; Michael Weaver married to Karen of Smithsburg, MD; Rebecca Weaver of Hanover; and Anthony Weaver of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Andrew Weaver married to Meghan, Alexander Berzonski, Ryan Weaver, Anna Berzonski, Joshua Berzonski, Alexis Metcalf, and Jacob Berzonski; great grandchildren Parker Berzonski, Wren Weaver, Jax Santiago, and Kinsley Riley; brothers Richard C. Sefick, Jr. married to Roberta and Shawn Sefick married to Lisa; and many nieces and nephews. Sue was a Master Hair Stylist for over 30 years and the owner and main operator of Scissogee Hair Salon in Johnstown, PA and later in Frederick, MD. She was the founding member of St. Francis Sharing and Caring, a nonprofit organization, Hollsopple, PA. Sue was best known for her natural ability to befriend anyone, hand make a gift of love for most people she knew, and talk with anyone, especially those willing to listen to the many stories of her children and grandchildren.
