Tammy L. Haugh

Tammy L. Haugh, 50, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at home with her loving family by her side.

Born November 16, 1974, in York, PA, she was the daughter of Raymond A. and Deborah S. (Vandyke) Sowards.  Tammy was the loving wife of Charles R. Haugh, Jr., with whom she shared 33 years of marriage. 

Tammy received an associate’s degree in criminal justice, and was a Postmaster with the U.S. Postal Service for over 20 years

Tammy enjoyed disc golfing with her family, line dancing with her daughter, and especially loved being a Nana.

In addition to her parents, and her loving husband Charles, Tammy is survived by her daughter Katara Vasher and husband Joshua of Hanover, PA; her grandson, Chance Vasher; and her brother, Kyle Sowards and wife Caitlin and their children Gabriel, Gemma, and Griffin. 

A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 6-8PM, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA.  Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
