Victor Manuel Hernandez Garibaldi

Víctor Manuel Hernández Garibaldi, 82 años, de Arboledas, Estado de México, transicionó a la luz, martes 29 de diciembre de 2020 en el Hospital WellSpan, en York, Pensilvania.

Nacido el 28 de julio de 1938 en la Ciudad de México, era hijo de Jesús Hernández Pérez y Micaela Garibaldi Ríos. Víctor fue el amoroso esposo de María Teresa Torres Luna con quien se sintió orgulloso de compartir 55 años de matrimonio.

Víctor se graduó de la universidad IPN en la Ciudad de México como ingeniero químico industrial. Durante muchos años, ocupó el cargo de gerente general en corporaciones como Coca Cola México, Ford Motor México y Bardhal hasta su retiro en 2003.

Víctor era un querido amigo, hermano, hijo, esposo, padre y abuelo. Ayudó a su familia a superar muchas dificultades, guió a gente a superarse en la vida, inspiró a muchos a terminar su educación, superó poliomielitis a la edad de 6 años, escaló el volcán Popocatépetl, jugó football Americano y terminó sus estudios con muchos obstáculos en su vida.

Víctor disfrutó pasar tiempo con su familia, jugar con sus nietas, salir con su esposa a cenar, trabajar en el jardín, ver partidos de football Americano, coleccionar recuerdos de Redskins, viajar y cocinar.

Además de su amorosa esposa, Teresa, le sobrevive su hija, Vanessa Hernández Sentz y su yerno Bryan Sentz de New Oxford, Pensilvania, nietas, Madisson y Danika Sentz, hermanos, Mario, Filiberto, Héctor y María de los Angeles Hernández Garibaldi.

Victor Manuel Hernandez Garibaldi, 82, of Arboledas, State of Mexico, transitioned into the light, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at WellSpan York Hospital, York, PA.

Born July 28, 1938 in Mexico City, Mexico, he was the son of the late Jesus Hernandez Perez and Micaela Garibaldi Rios. Victor was the loving husband of Maria Teresa Torres Luna with whom he was proud to share 55 years of marriage.

Victor graduated from IPN college in Mexico City as a chemical engineer. For many years, he held the position of general manager at corporations including Coca Cola Mexico, Ford Motor Mexico, and Bardhal until his retirement in 2003.

Victor was a cherished friend, brother, son, husband, father and grandfather. He helped his family overcome many hardships, he lead people to become the best they could be, inspired many to finish schooling, overcame polio at the age of 6, climbed the Popocatepetl volcano, played football, and finished his studies amongst many obstacles in his life.

Victor enjoyed spending time with his family, playing with his grand babies, going out with his wife for dinner, yard work, watching football games, collecting Redskins memorabilia, traveling and cooking.

In addition to his loving wife, Teresa, Victor is survived by his daughter, Vanessa Hernandez Sentz and his son-in-law Bryan Sentz of New Oxford, PA, grandchildren, Madisson and Danika Sentz, siblings, Mario, Filiberto, Hector and Maria de los Angeles Hernandez Garibaldi.
